Business Model

The company offers two Materials Management formats to better meet customers needs.

Business Model:

Turn Key: Fênix performs the complete management of materials from procurement and production process to the final delivery to the customer. It also provides sourcing services / consolidation of materials directly from Asia through other Foxconn units, which enables a considerable reduction in logistics and material costs.

Consignment:  Fênix receives customers´ materials for processing and manages them throughout the production process, applying rigorous quality control.

Fênix performs all stages of logistics and production integration, offering a complete solution for the product.


X-Ray weld inspection: High quality technology for the inspection of defects at eletronic boards with the goal of achieving quality and avoiding future defects of the final product in the field.

Cross section: Metallographic cutting through one high precision tool for the internal composition of a specific welded component in the printed circuit, checking the weld's quality.

Dye & Pry: Analysis method that enables to check the weld quality of BGA components.

What is ISO 14001?

ISO 14001 is a voluntary international standard that defines the elements of an environmental management system (EMS), necessary for an organization to effectively manage their impact on the environment. The ISO 14001 standard aims to integrate the EMS into business management practices and was established in 1996 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), in cooperation with industry, governments and non-governmental organizations.

What is Fênix position in environmental management systems such as ISO 14001?

This certification validate that Fênix policies and procedures, for managing the environmental aspects of our manufacturing operations, at all stages of the processes are in compliance with the requirements of ISO 14001.

Disposal of Electronic Parts and Equipment

Batteries, electronic boards, computers, cell phones, among other products electronics into disuse cannot be discarded without criteria, because they bring risks to environment; The correct allocation of electronic waste is provided by law.

To ensure that your electronic waste will not cause problems, like contamination and pollution of the environment, it is important to properly dispose of your equipment.

The advantages of this practice are:

  • Reducing the extraction of natural resources;
  • Reducing waste in landfills and increasing their useful life;
  • Reduction of public spending with waste treatment;
  • Reducing the impact and degradation of the environment.
